Your flowers are too beautiful to miss! If the recipient isn't available at the delivery address, our driver will attempt the following, in order:
- Leave the flowers with a neighbour, with a calling card posted through the recipient’s door noting where the flowers are kept.
- Find a safe, sheltered place on the premises and leave the flowers there, again with a calling card to inform the recipient.
- If neither option is available, we will return the flowers to our shop and contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup at your convenience.
We want your delivery to be a delightful surprise that arrives in perfect condition. Our team takes every precaution, so your blooms reach their new home safely and promptly, even when the recipient is out.
